The “Smaller Conference room”

$25.00 resident rate / $35.00 non resident
$50.00 refundable deposit for resident and non resident
A great versatile space if you are looking to have a business meeting or Friendsgiving, can easily be switched out for comfort or more formal HOA, Metro District, or Parent Teacher Organization meetings. Two large farm tables lined up allow comfortable seating for up to 14 people.
Room is equipped with a wall mounted television that can be used as an external monitor through HDMI connection.
Our most comfortable room for book clubs or support groups!
The Cozy Room
All rates per hour
$25.oo resident rate and non resident rate.
$50.00 refundable deposit for resident and non resident
The Community Support Room is designed for comfort! Two lush couches and a matching oversized chair make for an ideal setting for long talks. Perfect for your book club, a support group, or any discussion group.
Great for large groups, wedding receptions, church services, and more!
The Main Conference Room

A large, open space with a slightly higher capacity. Great for family reunions, birthday parties, church services, conferences, wedding receptions, and other medium-sized gatherings.
Ideal for Yoga, Martial Arts, dance, or fitness classes!
The Studio
All rates per hour
$25.00 for residents /$35.00 for non residents
$50.00 deposit for both resident and non residents
The Studio offers a large room for dance, yoga, martial arts, and fitness classes! A large mirror along the wall provides the perfect environment for classes of all types!
Great for big parties, sporting events, & club sports!
The Gymnasium
All rates per hour
1/2 gym for residents $50.00 /$95.00 for non residents
Full gym for residents $80.00 / $145.00 for non residents
$150.00 deposit for residents for both 1/2 and full gym. $200.00 deposit for non residents for both 1/2 and full gym.

Pocket Parks - Are a common area for all neighbors and cannot be rented.
Community Center Park $40 /$150
Can’t be rented by non BC residents.
Athletic Field $50 / $100 deposit. Can’t be rented by non community members.
Parks are available for up to six hours per rental per day.
