Changing your landscaping or house?
How do you know if you need approval?
If you want to make changes to the exterior of your home or landscaping, know that some things can be done without requesting approval, while most things require it. You can learn more about this, by reading about it in our Design Guidelines.
If you are unsure if you should fill out the Design Request Form then we recommend you reach out.
How do you request approval?
If you need to approval for a change then you will want to download and fill out our Design Request Form which will be returned to the Community Manager. Additional information can be found in the form.

Design Guidelines
When you moved into the community you should have gotten a copy of this form. It defines the what is expected for our landscaping and homes.

To request approval to make changes to landscaping or the exterior of you home. Fill out this form and email or mail it to the Community Manager.

Meetings
The Covenant Enforcement Committee meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Family Center.
This committee consists of 3 members of the community
At these meetings, community members who have a concern, want to dispute a violation, or have a suggestion for our guidelines voice their concerns. The committee discusses these concerns and tries to help where they can.
Also in attendance is an inspector from Wolfersberger LLC and the Community Manger to help answer questions and make changes.
